Standard 1-Year Workmanship: We guarantee workmanship for 1 year from the date of completion. Plant material is guaranteed for 30 days unless an automatic irrigation system is installed.

Permits & prep
We handle the paperwork where it is required, schedule the crew and protect the areas of your property we will be working around.

Build
One crew, on site, until it is done. You get a direct line to us the whole way through and we clean up at the end of every day.

Walkthrough & warranty
We walk the finished job with you and fix anything on the punch list. Workmanship is guaranteed for a full year from completion.

Usually yes, and it depends on your city and your HOA. We handle the paperwork where it is required and we tell you up front whether your project needs it, so nothing stalls halfway through.
That is the goal every time. We match pitch, shingle and trim so the addition reads as part of the house rather than something bolted on. Open-gable, attached hip and vaulted are all options depending on your roofline.
Most of our covers get stained tongue-and-groove, which is what gives that warm cedar look in our gallery. We can also do a flat soffit finish if you want something plainer. Fans, recessed lighting and gutters are all fitted as part of the build.
