We walk the finished job with you and fix anything on the punch list. Workmanship is guaranteed for a full year from completion.

Often yes. Resurfacing and overlays let us put a new decorative finish over sound existing concrete. If the slab is badly cracked or moving, we will tell you that a new pour is the better spend rather than covering up a problem.
It depends on how the surface gets used and how much it sits in the sun. We will walk you through stamped patterns, acid and integral staining and banded borders at the estimate, and show you what holds up on a Texas patio.
Sealed finishes want re-sealing periodically to keep the colour from flattening out. We will tell you what your specific finish needs before you commit to it.
